The Green Coffee Course is a full immersion that aims to deepen all the key concepts that surround the green coffee starting from the growth of the plant, the harvest and the subsequent processing of drupes through the various methods (natural, washed, honey …). We will then analyze other commercial aspects such as transport and storage up to the roasting of the green coffee.
We first start with the theory, proceeding then with a lot of practical exercises such as classification and cupping session of the different coffee varieties.
