Second: Return and exchange
All merchandise sold (excluding cosmetics, public health and personal care related products, perfumes, accessories, and products that have been used or opened in their original packaging) are returnable within seven (7) days of receipt, and the amount will be refunded to the customer minus a fee ( Cancellation/Modification/Non-receipt) of the request shown below, if any. The merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for returning delivery to the shipping company within the above-mentioned period.
The refund amount shall be returned to the customer with the same card within the period specified by the card issuer.
This site is intended for retail orders for personal use only, and in the event that an order is entered in large quantities (wholesale), the store has the right to cancel the order,
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging, and it must never have been used or the product packaging has been changed.

In the event of misuse of the product by the customer, it will not be returned, knowing that all packages have an invoice from blendc offee.
If the order invoice is not attached from blendc offee, the order will not be returned.
The customer bears the charges of the shipping company
Once we have received and inspected you, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver ships the order to themselves to give it to you later, we’ll send your refund to the gift giver and they’ll find out about your return.
Shipping and return
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you get your money back, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
